A special course on grantwriting for municipal managers has been completed

Today, the final lecture of the Project Management and Grantwriting Basics program, implemented by the Community Recovery Academy in partnership with Metinvest Polytechnic, took place. This is a practical and applied course that gives participants a clear understanding of how to turn ideas into real projects with a social or business impact.

Recent topics have included:

  • Procedures for project implementation, evaluation, monitoring and quality control
  • Processes for formal project closure

The course was taught by Olena Latysheva, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor of the Department of Digital Technologies and Project and Analytical Solutions at Metinvest Polytechnic University.

During the course, the participants received intensive practical training: they mastered both basic theoretical knowledge and practical tools necessary for the successful implementation of projects in the public sector. And to be able to return to the material at a convenient time, each participant was given unlimited access to class recordings and additional materials from the lecturer.

The final test is ahead, after which participants will receive certificates of successful completion of the course.
