Ireland is ready to support Mariupol and Mariupol Reborn

Ireland is ready to support Mariupol and the future rebuilding of Mariupol Reborn. In particular, it will support Mariupol families in evacuation and will help the experience and expertise for the development of a new economic model of the city.

This was discussed at the meeting of the mayor of Mariupol Vadim Boychenko with the Ambassador of Ireland to Ukraine by Teresa Gili.

We discussed with the ambassador ways to support Mariupol displaced persons, the possibility of joining Ireland to the programs of support of Mariupol students. In addition, Ireland is ready to share experience and expertise that will help to develop a new economic model of Mariupol, which the city will live after de -occupation. Ireland has the best experience of transformation of the economy and the development of new industries. We want to attract this experience and strengthen the Mariupol revival project

For her part, Teresa Gili noted that Ireland would continue to support the Ukrainian people in their struggle for independence and freedom.
