Rubizhne urban hromada joined the project of restoration of the affected communities started by Mariupol Reborn
Andriy Yurchenko, the head of the Rubizhne military administration, together with the mayor of Mariupol Vadym Boichenko, signed the Declaration of Solidarity of Independent Communities.This happened during the presentation of Mariupol Reborn's project as part of a jointly organized meeting.
From now, within Mariupol Reborn, temporarily occupied and de-occupated communities will work on the projects of recovery and reconstruction after de-occupation. Teams will jointly study the experience of restoring European and Ukrainian cities, creating projects for reconstruction and taking over the experience of overcoming the consequences of occupation.
Already, in evacuation, we create a plan for the restoration of Mariupol and attract donors to implement community support projects. Our team has unique experience with displaced persons and examination in the development and implementation of European-level projects. Therefore, we will be happy to share our knowledge and cooperate with the team of the Rubizhne community
The participants of the declaration will jointly develop a road map of resumption of cities after de-occupation, preparing strategies and plans to return people to their homes after victory.

The Declaration brings together the communities of Donetsk, Kyiv, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhya regions for joint work on the reconstruction of Ukraine on the example of Mariupol Reborn's experience, which was the first to develop universal algorithms for recovery.
Mariupol Reborn's project is being implemented by the Mariupol City Council with the Investment Support by Rinat Akhmetov's SCM.
