Mariupol's residents in Vinnytsia determined priorities in the restoration of the city after de-occupation
The workshop series "I - Mariupol: I have to live", which unite Mariupols in different cities of Ukraine, continues. The new meeting was held in Vinnytsia.
Mariupol's residents in groups formed and discussed the specific steps that are needed to restore the city after de-occupation in the framework of Mariupol Reborn - "Fast Recovery Plan". The most discussions were born around housing and restoration of critical infrastructure.
I think that Mariupol's restoration should start with a housing stock and critical infrastructure. Without housing and basic services such as water, electricity and health care, it is impossible to talk about returning to normal life
Participation in today's meeting was very useful for me. We discussed the specific steps of restoration of our hometown. Fast Recovery Plans developed by the mayor team give us hope and prospects for rebuilding our future in Mariupol
Having heard more about Mariupol Reborn's project today, I realized that the team of the Mariupol Council has clear steps and projects that support partners at the international level to restore every area of life in Mariupol. This will help in the future when Mariupol will be under the Ukrainian flag again
The second wave of meetings will be held in all cities where there are IMariupol centers. Similar discussions have already taken place in Kyiv, Lviv and Rivne.
The Mariupol Reborn project is being implemented by Mariupol City Council with the investment support of Rinat Akhmetov's SCM.
